Store Policy

Payments:

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. We now accept Pay Pal payments, please see the link for Pay Pal at the bottom of the page.

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours if in stock, Monday - Friday. If out of stock, you will receive your order in about 2 weeks, or we will call / e-mail you with specifics. Credit card payments will be charged when product is shipped.

All shipping and handling will have a minimum of $3.50 for USPS Priority mail, (special exceptions for small or light weight items). Typical freight charges are $6 - $8.50.

FedEx overnight is typically $15.00, we quote an exact price when order is placed. Most orders over $100.00 will be shipped postage free.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Colours & Scents will exchange or give in-store credit or credit card credit if product is defective, or you are allergic to product, or it does not meet qualification advertised. Product must be returned within 10 days of purchase. No return for lipsticks or glosses used.

Safety/Security:

This will be a secured site and we will not release any information about our customers or their purchases to anyone. We would never sell your name to a mail order company or telemarketer.

No Sales Tax!

Since our store is located in Montana, there is no sales tax!
